Alicia J. Edwards received her Juris Doctor with highest honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2007. She was valedictorian of her class and received the Oklahoma Bar Association Outstanding Student Award. While in law school, she served as an Articles Research Editor for the Tulsa Law Review and attended TU's Summer Institute in European and International Law in Dublin, Ireland . Ms. Edwards is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and her main areas of practice are intellectual property (Patent & Trademarks), litigation & environmental law.
Ms. Edwards graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tulsa in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in biological sciences and a minor in chemistry. She also holds a master's degree in environmental management from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and a Ph.D. in environmental science from the University of Oklahoma . Before entering law school, Ms. Edwards worked as an environmental scientist for an international engineering consulting firm.
Ms. Edwards is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association. She also serves as a board member for Tulsa Zoo Friends, Inc. - 2007
