Dallas E. Ferguson majored in English at Cornell College, Mount Vernon, Iowa, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1968. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law in 1971. Upon graduation from law school, he served as law clerk for the Honorable A. P. Murrah, Senior Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, until his association with the Firm in 1973.
Mr. Ferguson concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and telecommunications and public utility matters. He regularly represents clients in litigation in both federal and state courts, and in regulatory matters before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.
Mr. Ferguson is actively engaged in various professional and civic organizations. He has made presentations at several continuing legal education programs concerned with commercial litigation and practice before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. In 1980, he was selected as the Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Tulsa County Bar Association.
