David H. Herrold is an experienced trial attorney who practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, fiduciary liability and bankruptcy-related matters. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to his principal areas of practice, Mr. Herrold's practice also involves state and federal appeals, commercial disputes, banking law/lender liability, creditor's rights, admiralty/maritime issues and commercial law and contracts.
