E. McLaine DeWitt Herndon received her Juris Doctor (with honors) in 2005 from the University of Tulsa School of Law. She graduated from The University of Tulsa with a Master of Teaching Arts, specializing in English Language and Literature, in 1999, and with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in English Language and Literature with a minor in Spanish Language and Literature in 1996.
Ms. Herndon practices in Employment Litigation including sexual harassment, retaliation and constructive discharge. She also practices in Administrative Law facilitating compliance with administrative requirements and monitoring agency oversight of businesses subject to agency rules. In the area of Asbestos Litigation she works in the defense of premises owners in multi-defendant litigation. Her practice also includes General Commercial Litigation.
