Lawrence T. Chambers, Jr.'s practice is concentrated in the areas of business entities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, oil & gas and real estate. He brings over 35 years of experience dealing with private and public companies and other clients' affairs and has experience in both international and domestic transactions. He also counsels clients in the areas of corporate governance, charitable foundations and asset protection. Internationally he has helped structure transactions in areas as diverse as Azerbaijan, South Korea, Venezuela and United Arab Emirates. In North America he has worked numerous acquisitions, sales, loans, financial restructures, public and private securities placements, derivative reviews, true and financial leases and other complex corporate and financial structures. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and selected as one of the top attorneys in Oklahoma by Super Lawyers. He is AV Peer Rated by Martindale Hubbell and has received the Tulsa County Bar Golden Rule Award for Professionalism.

He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1967 with a degree in Business Administration, served as a finance officer in the US Army and subsequently received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1972. While in law school, he served as an Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review and was awarded membership in the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Chambers is actively engaged in several community organizations. He currently serves as Executive Legal Counsel to the Tulsa Ballet Theatre, Inc. He has served on the Business Association Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association General Corporation Act Committee.
