Leonard I. Pataki received his undergraduate education at the
University of Pittsburgh
, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1975. He received his law degree with honors in 1977 from
Oklahoma City University
, where he was a member of the Oklahoma City University Law Review, serving as both Research Editor and Managing Editor. Prior to joining the Firm in 1982, Mr. Pataki served as a law clerk to three United States District Judges in the Northern District of Oklahoma. Mr. Pataki has published many articles concerning labor law and creditor's rights, and is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy, creditor's rights, and collections, as well as labor law and occupational safety and health compliance. He is a contributing author for the Oklahoma Employment Law Letter. Mr. Pataki is listed in

Mr. Pataki's practice is concentrated in the areas of bankruptcy, labor relations (management), occupational safety and health compliance and litigation, debtor-creditor rights, and commercial litigation.
