Rebecca McCarthy Fowler has represented a wide variety of healthcare institutions and providers for over 20 years. Her clients include hospitals, integrated care solution providers, physician practice management companies, skilled nursing facilities, hospices, home healthcare providers, physicians, and nurses. Rebecca advises these clients on a wide variety of health law issues including organization and operation of healthcare entities, Medicare/Medicaid, regulatory/administrative law matters, sales and acquisitions of healthcare entities, taxation, certificates of need, and licensure. She is in frequent contact with federal and state healthcare regulatory bodies including Departments of Health, Medicaid agencies, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and state and national long-term care trade associations.
