Sharolyn C. Whiting-Ralston focuses her practice primarily in the areas of Employment and Labor Law and Business Litigation. As part of the Employment Law Practice Group, Ms. Whiting-Ralston provides advice to both public and private employers on issues ranging from OSHA inspection and compliance to discrimination litigation to drafting and negotiating employment contracts. Additionally, Ms. Whiting-Ralston's business litigation experience includes issues such as 1926(b) water rights, breach of contract, and construction law.
Ms. Whiting-Ralston is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She also serves as a volunteer attorney with Tulsa Lawyers for Children and on the Board of Directors for Campfire USA, Green Country Council and the Gatesway Foundation.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Whiting-Ralston worked for several years as a product manager and Director of Marketing for the Georgia-Pacific Corporation and Cedar Creek, Inc. respectively. Ms. Whiting-Ralston received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2006 along with certificates in Public Policy and Comparative and International Law. As a student, Ms. Whiting-Ralston served as Articles Research Editor for Tulsa Law Review and as a student ambassador. She was a member of Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity and the Public Interest Law Society.
