Tom Q. Ferguson received his Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern Oklahoma State University (summa cum laude, 1984) and his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law (with highest honors, 1987). He was Editor-in-Chief of the Oklahoma Law Review, and was a member of various moot court teams, the Order of the Barristers, and the Order of the Coif. Mr. Ferguson has been involved with the American Inns of Court, having been a member of Inns in both Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
Mr. Ferguson's practice emphasizes civil and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. His practice includes a variety of areas such as gas contracts, general oil and gas, intellectual property and trade secrets, antitrust, fiduciary duty, and other commercial tort, contract, and statutory claims. Additionally, Mr. Ferguson is involved in regulatory matters before administrative agencies.
