William F. Riggs received his Bachelor of Science degree (with honors) in Public Administration, a Bachelor of Arts degree (with high honors) in Philosophy in 1976 and his Juris Doctor degree (with honors) in 1979, all from the
University of Arkansas
. Mr. Riggs is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and while in law school he was a member of the Arkansas Law Review.
Mr. Riggs' practice is concentrated in business, finance, commercial, and securities law where he is involved in corporate and partnership finance, commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and commercial transactions. Mr. Riggs in listed in
