Kassandra M. Bentley received her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, summa cum laude and Alpha Chi, from John Brown University.
While at the University of Arkansas, Ms. Bentley was a member of the Federalist Society, president of the Christian Legal Society, and the School of Law 's 2006 Presidential Scholar. She also served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Arkansas Law Review. She received the Craig Sterne Memorial Award for Estate Planning and Taxation and the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award for highest academic achievement.
Ms. Bentley is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and her main practice areas are business formation, mergers and acquisitions, business transactions (particularly transactions governed by the Uniform Commercial Code), trust and probate litigation and estate planning.
