Kevin C. Coutant received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1974 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas at Austin in 1977. Mr. Coutant specializes in several areas of commercial practice including real estate, oil and gas, banking, and zoning. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tulsa College of Law teaching Real Estate Transactions and has been a lecturer at Oklahoma Bar Association seminars on various commercial and real estate topics. Mr. Coutant serves on the Firm's Executive Committee.  

Mr. Coutant's involvement in community and professional activities has included service on the Tulsa Economic Development Commission, Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission and the Tulsa Historic Preservation Commission.  

Mr. Coutant has been selected by The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Real Estate and Zoning, Tulsa 's Best Lawyer of the Year (2009) in the practice of Real Estate and The Journal Record Leadership in Law Award for 2009.
