Linda Crook Martin received her Bachelors and her Law Degrees from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee in 1972 and 1980, respectively, and was admitted to practice in Oklahoma in 1980, and in Arkansas in 2005. Ms. Martin practices in the area of environmental law, with over 25 years experience in both litigation and regulatory matters.   

Ms. Martin is a fellow in the American College of Environmental Lawyers and was elected to its fifteen-member Board of Regents in 2009. She also Chairs the Regional Membership Committee.  The American College of Environmental Lawyers is an invitation-only  professional association of preeminent environmental lawyers throughout the United States. 

Ms. Martin has been listed in the Best Lawyers of America in the area of Environmental Law since 2005.  She was selected for inclusion in 2009 Oklahoma Super Lawyers for her primary area of practice, environmental litigation and is one of only three in Oklahoma to be selected in this category for the Corporate Counsel Edition of Super Lawyer January/February 2010 edition.  

The Journal Record selected Ms. Martin as one of fifty women Making a Difference in the State of Oklahoma as a finalist in the Woman of the Year program. Ms. Martin is a frequent speaker for continuing legal education in Oklahoma , and is a long time member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Women in Law Committee. She was one of the founding members and treasurer of the Environmental Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. For 2005, Urban Tulsa Weekly selected Ms. Martin as one of the Top 100 Tulsans based on her expertise in environmental law. She is also a member of the American Bar Association Section of Natural Resources, Energy and Environment and the Litigation Section. She is licensed to practice in both Oklahoma and Arkansas, and is admitted to practice in all federal courts in Oklahoma , the Western District of Arkansas, and the United States Supreme Court.
