Richard H. Foster received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Kansas in 1979 and his law degree from Duke University Law School in 1982. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Foster's practice is concentrated in general business litigation. His litigation experience entails various claims involving contracts, aviation, and accountants.
