Richard H. Foster received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Kansas in 1979 and his law degree from Duke University Law School in 1982. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Foster's practice is concentrated in general business and tort litigation. His litigation experience includes various claims involving contracts, aviation, patent infringement, product liability, shareholder disputes and accountants' liability.
Mr. Foster is also an instrument rated private pilot and panel attorney for the AOPA Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
