William H. Spitler focuses his practice on complex litigation with a particular emphasis on construction law, including construction contract and claim litigation, arbitration, lien filing and foreclosure, and contract drafting and negotiation.  Mr. Spitler's complex litigation background is varied, including: complex construction litigation and arbitration; antitrust defense, class action defense, and fraud and breach of fiduciary actions.  

Mr. Spitler is active in various professional, civic and charitable organizations and currently serves as the President of the board of directors of Gatesway Foundation, Inc., a Broken Arrow non-profit providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Northeast Oklahoma. Mr. Spitler is also a regular speaker on construction law issues.
