William H. Spitler focuses his practice on complex litigation with a particular emphasis on construction law, including construction contract and claim litigation, arbitration, lien filing and foreclosure, contract drafting and negotiation and employment matters.  Mr. Spitler's complex litigation background is varied, including: complex construction litigation and arbitration; anti-trust defense, class action defense, environmental litigation; complex fraud and breach of fiduciary actions; and, bankruptcy litigation.

Mr. Spitler is active in various professional, civic and charitable organizations and sits on the board of Gatesway Foundation, Inc., a Broken Arrow non-profit providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Northeast Oklahoma.  Mr. Spitler is also a regular contributor to the Oklahoma Employment Law Letter and is a frequent speaker on construction, employment and general litigations issues.
