William H. Spitler focuses his practice on complex litigation with a particular emphasis on construction law, including construction contract and claim litigation, arbitration, lien filing and foreclosure, and contract drafting and negotiation. Mr. Spitler's complex litigation background is varied, including: complex construction litigation and arbitration; antitrust defense, class action defense, and fraud and breach of fiduciary actions.
