The attorneys in the Firm's creditors' rights group have prosecuted and defended hundreds of preference actions on behalf of debtors and trustees in various bankruptcy proceedings, and on behalf or small and major corporations throughout the region. Our attorneys have also prosecuted and defended hundreds of fraudulent transfer actions arising under the Bankruptcy Code and state laws such as the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act and Uniform Fraudulent Conveyance Act, across all fields of commercial activity.
