Of-Counsel Attorneys

The Firm has historically hired attorneys in an of-counsel role to provide legal services in certain substantive areas on an as-needed basis. In addition, attorneys desiring a position with the Firm as a lateral hire are typically hired as of-counsel with a possible opportunity to move into partnership status if appropriate. Often of-counsel attorneys have unique relationships with the Firm that allows the Firm and its clients to benefit from the attorney's unique expertise when the attorney is not a full-time employee or partner of the Firm.
