Doerner, Saunders, Daniel & Anderson, L.L.P. is one of the oldest and most respected law firms in Oklahoma. Founded in 1896, our law firm predates Oklahoma statehood by more than a decade. While we are proud of our past and our reputation, we do not rest on it. We have significant resources in technology with the capacity to set up virtual offices in any jurisdiction in the country.
Partners at our firm have gone on to appointed senior positions in the U.S. Departments of Interior and Energy and other governmental offices, and several of our attorneys have become judges. Yet we are equally proud of the attorneys who adopt local schools and serve on the boards of local and national civic and nonprofit boards.
Our firm houses more than 40 lawyers, which gives us the depth and breadth to handle almost any type of legal matter. Yet we pride ourselves on our efficiency. Our clients are typically served by a small team of lawyers who can draw on the full resources of the Firm when needed.
We are an Oklahoma law firm, but our representation often involves regional, national and international transactions, arbitrations and cases. We serve local and multinational clients wherever their legal needs take us.
We are aggressive negotiators and litigators. Yet we pride ourselves in providing a collegial, informal atmosphere for our clients and staff. We are lawyers, but we are also friends and family. Our family extends to our clients, many of whom have been served by the Firm for generations. One of our clients, an electric utility, has been represented by our Firm continuously since the 1920s.
Our ability to grow and prosper over the years, while maintaining longstanding relationships with clients, is the direct result of our philosophy of always placing our clients' needs first – preventing problems before they arise and providing creative solutions when required.
