Aviation Law

Aviation related litigation involves many ordinary legal issues (such as issues arising under Uniform Commercial Code warranty statutes, common law fraud, repairman's possessory lien statutes, and long-arm jurisdictional statutes), but this field of law necessarily involves issues and matters relating specifically to aviation. For example, aviation cases may also involve:

  • the interpretation of Federal Aviation Regulations;
  • review of NTSB accident reports;
  • review of airframe or engine logs;
  • the understanding of air traffic control operations; or
  • an understanding of aircraft components and systems.
