Oil and Gas
Doerner, Saunders, Daniel & Anderson, L.L.P. has a long history representing clients in all phases of the oil and gas industry. The Firm was founded a year before Oklahoma's first commercial oil well was brought in on the banks of the Caney River, the Nellie Johnstone No. 1 in 1897. Since that time, the Firm has grown up and matured with the Oklahoma oil and gas industry. We have represented royalty owners, working interest owners, both large and small, operators, mid-stream purchasers, gatherers, and transporters, both intra and interstate. The Firm works with numerous clients in connection with the sales and acquisition of oil and gas properties, preparation of drilling and division order title opinions and other title examinations and rending legal advice to related oil and gas operations. In addition, the Firm undertakes all types of oil and gas litigation, such as royalty owner disputes, controversies related to environmental damage, operating agreement disputes, conflicts arising from oil and gas transactions, title disputes, natural gas contract and gas processing disputes, gas balancing disputes, and bankruptcy related matters.
