Oklahoma Corporation Commission

The Firm has a long and active practice in representing public utilities, telecommunications companies and the oil and gas industry at the Corporation Commission. In the public utility area, our experience includes representation of Public Service Company of Oklahoma, a major investor-owned electric company. In the telecommunications area, we represent several telecommunications companies, both wireline and wireless, in connection with state regulatory matters. We also have experience representing oil and gas production and exploration companies and pipelines in regulatory proceedings at the Corporation Commission.
