The attorneys at Doerner, Saunders, Daniel & Anderson, L.L.P. have considerable experience in both judicial and non-judicial (power of sale) commercial real estate foreclosure and receivership proceedings. Our Attorneys generally, but not exclusively, represent lenders or parties acting on their behalf as the result of assignments or servicing arrangements, including clients with national, regional, state, and local operations. We have foreclosed mortgages and other interests in property that includes shopping centers, apartment complexes, hotels, motels, office buildings, assisted living facilities, and residential developments (both urban and rural). These proceedings often involve receiverships and our attorneys have a good knowledge of and experience in working with persons and firms that often serve in that capacity. We currently represent Fannie Mae in all commercial foreclosure actions in Oklahoma.

Our attorneys also have experience in recovering deficiency judgments and enforcing guaranties, premium payments, and other claims against borrowers and related parties in appropriate situations.

In addition to foreclosure work, our attorneys are experienced in representing clients in quiet title actions, lien foreclosures, condemnation and inverse condemnation, lawsuits involving contracts for deed, evictions and zoning work.

We are a diverse law practice, both in the variety of civil cases we handle and in our staff. We are not a cookie-cutter law firm where every lawyer wears the same suit and comes from the same school.
