Administrative Proceedings

As with many natural resources, water is controlled by federal, state, and local regulations governing access to water and water quality. Doerner, Saunders, Daniel & Anderson, L.L.P. has extensive experience in guiding clients through compliance with these regulations and has defended clients in administrative enforcement proceedings. These proceedings include proceedings before the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality and the Oklahoma Water Resources Board. And while the Oklahoma Corporation Commission holds only limited jurisdiction over water, limited to water sales by private concerns, the Firm's experience before the Corporation Commission is available for clients who may venture into the area of privatization of water sales and service.
