Doerner represents a wide array of clients in Oklahoma’s dynamic aviation sector, including designers, component manufacturers, owners and operators of aircraft, as well as fixed base operators.  Our lawyers have been approved by the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) and have extensive experience in litigating those matters most commonly affecting the aviation and aerospace industry.  Some of our lawyers are themselves trained pilots, giving us a unique understanding of legal matters affecting this industry.

The aviation and aerospace industry is subject to complex and frequently changing regulation.  Our lawyers have experience handling a variety of litigation, business and regulatory matters, including Uniform Commercial Code warranty provisions, product liability and repairman’s possessory lien statutes.
