Employment: New Discrimination Law Goes Into Effect November 1


Just a quick reminder that as of November 1, all Oklahoma employers (regardless of size) will be subject to the Oklahoma Anti-Discrimination Act and may be sued for unlawful discrimination or retaliation under this law. To read more, check out our July e-newsletter.
