Doerner Saunders Adds Four to Oklahoma City Office

Doerner Saunders has added three attorneys and a paralegal to its Oklahoma City office, strengthening its state-wide healthcare law and transactional practice.

Linda G. Scoggins focuses her practice in healthcare law, especially in the areas of consulting, transactions and in litigation before state agencies and boards or state/federal courts.  She comes to Doerner Saunders from Scoggins & Cross, a firm she founded 12 years ago that primarily served the healthcare industry. She has been a speaker on employment and health law-related topics at numerous seminars around the country.

D. Benham (Ben) Kirk focuses his practice on business transactions and has with significant experience with real estate matters, healthcare transactions and litigation.

Nick E. Slaymaker works primarily in the healthcare arena, having previously served as general counsel for the Oklahoma Department of Health.  He comes from Scoggins & Cross.

Cindee Criswell is a paralegal with more than 25 years’ experience, more than 10 years working with lawyers involved in healthcare law.
