Doerner Welcomes William C. Kellough To Our Tulsa Office!!

We are excited to announce the addition of former district judge William C. Kellough to our Tulsa office. William Kellough served as a district judge for the 14th Judicial District in Tulsa County. He was Tulsa's presiding district court judge from October 2011 through 2013 and was the Chief Judge of Tulsa's Criminal Division in 2014.

Before being elected, Judge Kellough focused his private practice on a wide variety of commercial transactional matters, including creation of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and joint ventures for startup and expanding businesses. He also has extensive experience in various aspects of the healthcare industry, including hospital mergers, acquisitions and consolidations, and formation of healthcare enterprises. Throughout his career, Judge Kellough has gained extensive experience in everything from a broad civil law practice and courtroom experience in State court to complex federal litigation.

"Judge Kellough adds an even greater depth of knowledge and skill to our commercial litigation practice," said David Herrold, Doerner's Managing Partner. "We are happy to have him join us and expect our clients will benefit greatly from his almost 40 years of legal experience, both as a litigator and district court judge."
