DOL Targets Oklahoma Ag Industry


April 9, the Department of Labor issued an announcement that it was embarking upon a multi-year education and enforcement initiative focused on the Oklahoma agriculture industry. The initiative will focus on the most vulnerable and lowest paid workers. While wages will be at the forefront, it appears the DOL may also involve visa issues as well as sanitation issues.
