Doerner Announces Three New Partners!
Doerner is excited to announce three new partners - Cynthia J. Becker, J. Patrick Mensching and Michael C. Wofford!!
Cynthia J. Becker devotes her entire practice to general and commercial litigation, including cases filed in federal and state courts involving contracts, real estate, construction, and debtor and creditor rights. Cynthia is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, Florida, and Colorado, as well as numerous federal courts, and has been admitted pro hac vice to courts throughout the nation when necessary to fully represent her clients’ interests. While attending law school, Cynthia was a member of the Moot Court Trial Team. Prior to receiving her law degree, Cynthia attended Oklahoma State University, and she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree, cum laude, in Business Management from the University of West Florida.
J. Patrick Mensching represents regional and local businesses in a variety of litigation areas. Those areas include bankruptcy, construction, commercial collections, contracts, fiduciary relationships and mortgage foreclosure. He is the quintessential “rubber meets the road” litigator. Pat believes his clients are best served if he maintains constructive relationships with the Judiciary and fellow members of the Bar. Toward that end, he has been an active member of the Hudson Hall Wheaton Chapter of the American Inns of Court since 2007. He has also served as a Special Judge of the Oklahoma Court of Appeals Temporary Division.
Michael C. Wofford works to secure and protect the legal rights of large and small businesses, energy companies, oil and gas developers, trade associations, utilities, water districts, municipalities and landowners in the fields of environmental law, water rights, water supply and water use. Mike has over 38 years of experience in environmental and energy law. Mike's practice at Doerner Saunders is enhanced by his service on the legislative committee of the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce, allowing him to monitor and work on legislative proposals important to clients.
Congratulations Cynthia, Pat and Mike!
