Harry V. Rouse

Harry V. Rouse represents high net worth clients, particularly small and family business owners, in estate planning, trust, guardianship and probate matters.  However, he represents clients of all means and circumstances, solving myriad estate planning issues with dedication, integrity and congeniality.   Harry also provides legal advice and representation on a wide variety of taxation, probate, employee benefits, non-profit organization, business formation, ERISA, elder law and Medicaid planning matters.  

Before joining Doerner, Harry served in the U.S. Navy, 1973-1995, CDR, JAGC, USN (Ret.).  He is a former President of the Tulsa Tax Forum (2008-2009) and a certified high school football official.

  • Represented owner of multi-state livestock, feeding and ranching operations for estate planning and succession planning.
  • Provided estate planning and business advice for multi-state petroleum operator in business worth in excess of $ 50 million.
  • Represented business owner for complex estate plan in excess of $20 million.
  • Provided representation for trust and probate in administration in estate in excess of $10 million, where deceased spouse’s interests were divergent from clients.
  • Extensive experience in probate and trust estate administration of all sizes.
