Rhonda Leeds has more than 30 years of experience working on legal teams in the following areas: litigation, labor and employment, construction, securities and foreclosures. Her primary responsibilities include all aspects of litigation, including discovery and electronic management of case pleadings and documents. Specific duties include coordinating document productions, coding documents in electronic databases, processing e-discovery, organizing and preparing deposition and trial exhibits, electronically preparing and presenting evidence at trial, and assisting attorneys with trial presentations.
Rhonda is an Oklahoma native. Prior to joining Doerner, Rhonda worked for more than 20 years as an intellectual property paralegal with office administration duties. She has filed U.S. and foreign patent trademark and copyright applications, patent and trademark responses, and post-registration and post-issuance matters relevant to both patents and trademarks, has coordinated and prepared documents for intellectual property litigation in both federal court and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and has handled research projects for patents, trademarks and copyrights.
