Ron practices primarily family law, including divorce, business valuations, child custody and support cases and family law appeals. He is very accomplished within these fields and lectures extensively on these topics at seminars, as well as in written form for various legal publications.

Ron frequently litigates and lectures on the following topics:

  • Methods of business valuation in divorce actions
  • Distinguishing divisible enterprise goodwill of a business in a divorce action from the indivisible personal goodwill of its owner
  • Both the enforcement and invalidation of prenuptial agreements
  • Circumstances in a marriage which justify something other than a 50/50 division of marital assets and debts in a divorce
  • Support alimony disputes
  • Child custody and child support modifications
  • Jurisdictional disputes between courts
