William C. Kellough

William Kellough is a former district judge for the 14th Judicial District in Tulsa County.  He was the presiding district court judge from October 2011 through 2013 and was the Chief Judge of the Criminal Division in 2014.

Before being elected as district judge, William focused his practice on a wide variety of commercial transactional deals, including creation of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and joint venture for startup and expanding businesses.  He is also skilled in various aspects of the healthcare industry, including hospital mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, and formation of healthcare enterprises. Throughout his career, William has gained extensive experience in everything from a broad civil office and courtroom practice in State court to complex federal litigation. He is a certified commercial arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, and is well qualified to arbitrate all types of commercial transactions, from the smallest consumer disputes to large, complex business litigation.
