Mediation and Arbitration

The Firm's mediation and arbitration practice provides experienced mediators and arbitrators for use is a wide variety of matters including, without limitation, complex commercial litigation, personal injury and products liability, health care and ERISA issues, bankruptcy, insurance coverage issues, construction disputes, and employment and labor cases. Many of the mediators/arbitrators practicing in this area have also been appointed as Adjunct Settlement Judges in the ADR program of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
