Securities Litigation

The Firm's practice in this area includes representation of brokerage firms, as well as investors, in disputes relating to securities investments. Because most brokerage firms require clients to agree to submit all disputes to arbitration as a condition to opening an account, many of the securities-related disputes end up in arbitration. As a result, the Firm has developed considerable experience in arbitrating before the NASD. In addition, the Firm has handled considerable employment related litigation and arbitration of disputes between stock brokers and brokerage firms.
