Our experience in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities involves representation of issuers and investors in securities matters and assisting clients in structuring and implementing securities offerings to enable businesses to raise capital through initial public or secondary offerings and in private placements of equity and debt securities. The Firm also has extensive experience in business financings through commercial loans, venture capital programs, sale-leaseback transactions and real estate, oil and gas and equipment financings.
