Our attorneys have tried cases involving all aspects of transportation law including cases which routinely involve Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act issues, allegations of negligent hiring/retention, company safety standards/policies, Carmack issues and contract disputes. Some of our attorneys have been members for almost 20 years in the Transportation Lawyers Association and Trucking Industry Defense Association.
