Lawrence T. Chambers, Jr.'s practice is concentrated in the areas of business entities, corporate finance , mergers and acquisitions , securities , banking, oil & gas and real estate . He brings over 30 years of experience to deal with the application of the law to the clients' affairs and has experience in international and domestic transactions. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and selected as one of the top attorneys in Oklahoma by Super Lawyers. 

He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1967 with a degree in Business Administration and subsequently received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1972. While in law school, he served as an Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review and was awarded membership in the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Chambers is actively engaged in several community organizations. He currently serves as Executive Legal Counsel to the Tulsa Ballet Theatre, Inc. He has served on the Business Association Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association General Corporation Act Committee.
