The Employer's Legal Resource: EEO-1 Survey – Extension!
Last month, we told you the filing deadline was September 30. The EEOC has announced an extension. If you are a private employer of 100 or more employees or a federal government contractor or first-tier subcontractor with 50 or more employees and a contract/subcontract of $50,000 or more, you must file an EEO-1. However, the new filing deadline is October 30, 2015.
