Doerner welcomes Michael Linscott to its Tulsa team.

Michael focuses in the area of complex litigation, including business disputes such a breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims, insurance coverage, contract and bad faith claims, securities arbitrations, construction cases, intellectual property matters and collection disputes.  He also will provide general business counseling on logistics and acquisitions as well as pre-litigation advice and strategy for companies.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he was managing editor of the Tulsa Law Journal, a member of Order of the Curule and Order of Barristers, earned Am Jur Awards in Evidence, Constitutional Law and Criminal Law, and was an ABA Negotiations Regional Champion.

Michael is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Tulsa County Bar Association, Rotary International and is the current vice president of NatureWorks, Inc.
