Doerner, Saunders, Daniel & Anderson welcomes the addition of Michael J. English, former prosecutor at the Tulsa County District Attorney’s office, as a new attorney with the firm.
English earned a Juris Doctorate from The University of Oklahoma College of Law and a Master of Arts in International Studies from The University of Oklahoma in 2006. He is a Captain in the United States Army Reserve. Having served in the 486th Civil Affairs Battalion since 2007, Michael was deployed in Iraq with Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2009-10 and in Afghanistan with Operation Enduring Freedom in 2013.
Michael joined the Tulsa County District Attorney’s office in 2008 and has tried more than 20 felony jury trials. He was recognized by the DA’s office in 2011 as its “Top Gun” prosecutor for the number of cases tried in a year. He will practice in Doerner Saunders’ Litigation practice group.
