Kristen Brightmire and Jon Brightmire attended the annual Meritas Litigation/Labor & Employment Group meeting in Phoenix, Arizona October 28-29. Kristen was one of the featured speakers, presenting on Opportunities and Challenges with Cannabis to her Meritas colleagues. Other topics covered at the annual meeting included trade secrets and non-competes, taking and defending expert depositions, telecommuting in the workplace, the advantages and disadvantages of arbitration, and utilizing social media platforms.
