Linda Dresselhaus has over thirty years of combined paralegal experience in both Oklahoma and Louisiana. As a member of a Plaintiff’s firm trial team, she assisted and attended several multi-million dollar jury verdict trials in the state of Louisiana. For the past eight years, Linda has worked primarily in insurance defense work in Oklahoma. Her expertise is in electronic document production, and medical document review and summarization.
- Assisted at trials of both plaintiff who suffered a disc injury when a streetcar was knocked off the tracksresulting in a 2.2 million dollar jury verdict and plaintiff requiring back and neck operations from an automobile accident resulting in a1.2 million dollar jury verdict.
- Compiled, maintained and reviewed medical documentation for a city worker who sustained a severe leg injury when pinned between a truck and motorist which resulted in a 4.3 million dollar settlement.
- Involved in initial client interviews through the fruition of jury verdicts and settlement in cases requiring voluminous discovery production, compiling medical, vocational, economist and medical expert reports and all aspects of trial preparation.
