  • Represented one of the largest school districts in the country in various matters, resulting in savings of more than $200,000 for the district.
  • Represented homeowners in a dispute with their homeowners’ association, resulting in the resignation and potential prosecution of the former president of the association for embezzlement.
  • Participated with a team of lawyers in preparing and submitting two Land-in-to-Trust applications to the Federal government for Oklahoma-based Indian Tribes.
  • Represented a property management company in a fence line dispute with owners of an adjoining property.
  • Represented landowners in easement acquisition negotiations with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
