Last week, a Florida jury awarded our client, Florida Gas Transmission Company $82.7 million in damages against the Florida Department of Transportation/Florida Turnpike Enterprise to reimburse FGT for relocation of its natural gas pipelines in connection with a turnpike widening project. FGT was represented at trial by Tom Q. Ferguson of Doerner Saunders.
