Doerner Saunders is very pleased to announce that Michael Linscott has been named a Partner with the firm.  Michael will continue to represent clients in the area of complex litigation, including business disputes such a breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims, insurance coverage, contract and bad faith claims, water district litigation, construction cases, broker/dealer and securities arbitrations, intellectual property disputes, probate and trust litigation, and collection disputes. He also continues to provide general business counseling on logistics and acquisitions as well as pre-litigation advice and strategy for companies.
