Linda C. Martin is on the Planning Committee for the 2018 Oklahoma Brownfields Conference to be held September 26-28, 2018, in OKC. Linda will be a moderator of a panel that will address the determination of liability based upon Superfund’s definition, entitled “Whose Responsibility is it Anyway?”
