The Department of Labor is the umbrella federal agency addressing issues such as wage and hour, leaves, workplace safety, and federal unemployment. The DOL has launched its Coronavirus Resources webpage with links to all of COVID-19 specific guidance.

While we continue to address issues which we believe will be of interest to a large group of our readers, we encourage you to keep up on issues by checking sites such as these. For example, OSHA has issued Temporary Guidance on Respiratory Protection Standards. If this applies to your workforce, you can find this guidance on the above site.

As you know, the Families First Coronavirus Response Act requires the DOL to create a poster to be displayed by employers on or before April 2. We expect the DOL will create a link to that poster on this resource page.
