The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission has updated its website to include new guidance specific to COVID-19. As we mentioned last week, there is no waiting period to collect unemployment benefits during this pandemic. The OESC has also waived the requirement for benefit recipients to search for work during the COVID-19 outbreak. Specific instructions and additional information, including how to file a claim online, are available on the OESC website.
