The Employer’s Legal Resource: OESC Work Search Requirements Back in Effect October 24

Governor Stitt’s Executive Order that waived the work search requirements for unemployment claimants during the pandemic expires on October 24. After that date, claimants will need to begin documenting their efforts to obtain employment in order to continue collecting benefits. The first time they will need to report such information is the claim week ending November 1. The OESC’s Facebook page has additional information on these work search requirements.
